$200/Week Base + Unlimited Commission Potential (Top performers earning around $200,000 annually)

This role offers a guaranteed $200 weekly base pay combined with an uncapped commission structure designed for elite earning potential. The bulk of your income will be driven by your sales success! To reward your hard work, commissions are paid out the very next week after a sale is made. Best of all? Your commission is 100% protected. Once a deal is closed by the team, you keep your earnings—there are absolutely no chargebacks if a customer later cancels. About the Opportunity Coppersmith Recruitment and Services' client is looking for resilient, high-energy, and conversation-driven professionals to join a rapidly growing inbound sales team in Lake Mary. Forget cold calling or searching for leads. In this role, the leads come directly to you via an automatic inbound dialer. Your primary mission is to answer the call, build quick rapport, confirm the customer's interest in timeshares, and smoothly pass them off to our expert closing team. If you can handle high volume with a smile and love a fast-paced environment, this is your chance to secure massive financial rewards. Key Responsibilities Handle high call volume: Manage a heavy flow of inbound calls driven daily by an automatic dialer.
Engage customers:
Spark lively, natural conversations to confirm their interest in timeshare opportunities.
Qualify and transfer:
Efficiently vet leads and execute seamless warm transfers to the closing team.
Stay energized:
Maintain high energy and resilience throughout fast-paced shifts.
Record data:
Accurately log call outcomes and customer information in the system.
What We're Looking For The Gift of Gab:

Experience:
Previous timeshare industry experience is highly preferred, but adjacent sales, telemarketing, or high-volume call center experience is warmly welcome.
