Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Gym Sales Specialist and become a vital driver of our health and wellness community! In this energetic role, you will leverage your passion for fitness and sales expertise to attract new members, nurture existing relationships, and promote our gym's offerings. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will inspire potential clients to achieve their fitness goals while helping grow our membership base. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales skills within a vibrant, health-focused environment. Duties Engage with prospective members through outside sales efforts, including cold calling and territory management to generate new leads and expand our customer base Conduct compelling product demonstrations and tours of the gym facilities to showcase our services and amenities effectively Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional memberships or services, and fostering long-term relationships Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow-up activities, and sales progress, ensuring a seamless sales process Develop strategic marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and attract B2B partnerships with local businesses or organizations Negotiate membership packages and service agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and retention Collaborate with management on sales strategies, territory planning, and analysis to optimize outreach efforts and achieve targets Experience Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or B2B sales within a fast-paced environment Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead generation activities effectively Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales pipelines Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding customer service capabilities Knowledge of marketing principles, retail sales techniques, and technical sales strategies within the health or fitness industry preferred Demonstrated success in cold calling, inside sales, or territory sales roles with measurable results Strong analysis skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning for continuous improvement Embark on a rewarding career path where your energy fuels growth!
