Position:

Shipping Receiving Clerk / Inside Sales

INSIDE SALES

Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service Exceptional communication abilities 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience Strong enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service required Proficiency in data entry, organization, multitasking, and a strong customer focus is essential Regular on-site attendance is mandatory Must know Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc) Job Duties Addressing customer questions about our products and services. Managing customer orders over the phone. Verifying stock levels and delivery timelines. Provide price quotes

SHIPPING & RECEIVING

Job Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies Verify accuracy of shipment contents against purchase orders or invoices Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and customs declarations Coordinate with carriers to schedule pick-up and delivery of shipments Ensure proper storage and handling of incoming and outgoing products Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipping and receiving issues Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area Benefits 401k & 401k
