Job Overview:

Lemonicious Drink Co. is seeking an extroverted and enthusiastic person to work our Farmer's Market's as a Sales Associate. If you are passionate about engaging with customers, enjoy farmers markets, and would love to sell the best beverage in Florida, this role is perfect for you.

Duties:

• Must have access to a hatchback or truck to transport large coolers of our product.
• Set up, breakdown and maintain the Lemonicious booth at local farmers markets, ensuring it is clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner providing them free samples of our products in order to generate sales.
• Answer any questions customers may have regarding ingredients and our flavors
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales
• Maintain accurate records of end-of-day inventory.
• Assist customers with making transactions using a card reader, handling payments efficiently and accurately.

Skills:

• A people person with strong sales skills.
• Sales experience is a plus
• Proficiency in technology sales tools and software
• Upselling skills to maximize revenue from each customer interaction
• Basic math skills for order processing and calculations

Qualifications:

• Must have access to a hatchback or truck that can carry large coolers of our product.
• Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a positive and enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable and punctual, with the flexibility to work weekends.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
