Position Overview The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients from diagnosis to scheduled treatment. This role blends patient experience, communication, and sales . You will be the bridge between doctor recommendations and patient commitment. Compensation $24

• 30 per hour + performance-based bonuses This role includes a base hourly rate plus bonuses tied to: Case acceptance Production Same-day patient conversion Top performers in this role earn $70,000
• 90,000+ annually.

This is a performance-driven position where compensation is directly tied to your ability to help patients move forward with treatment.
