is hiring! We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and proactive approach will help us expand our market presence and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend clothing and accessories as well as gifts Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new sales opportunities through prospecting and outreach Conduct merchandising activities such as product displays, inventory checks, and ensuring optimal presentation of goods in-store Maintaining cleanliness of store and visual display of products in boutique for best customer appeal Handle moderate lifting of merchandise or supplies as needed during deliveries or stock replenishment tasks Promote our brand and products on social media channels Various duties as required Experience Experience with Square Register is required for all applicants. Proven experience in sales or customer service roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets Reliable transportation to and from boutique Ability to work a flexible schedule. Additional schedule details below Strong math skills for calculating pricing and discounts Excellent communication skills to effectively convey product information and negotiate with customers One year of retail sales experience Hours Alternating Mondays, Wednesdays and/or Fridays from 10

• 4 Tuesday and Thursday from 11
• 3 Saturdays with rotation of 10
• 2:30, and 2:30
• 7. One Saturday off per month. Approximate schedule weekly will be 18 hours and may range between 14
