Key Responsibilities We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, does not need daily task-by-task direction, and is excited to take ownership of their responsibilities. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to grow with a small team and contribute to a business that is actively expanding. Support Territory Managers in the promotion, positioning, and successful commercialization of MedVision's medical simulation solutions across the assigned region. Conduct proactive cold and warm outreach to healthcare institutions, medical schools, and training centers in order to qualify leads and schedule customer meetings for Sales Management. Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product education, quotation support, order coordination, and post-sale follow-up. Serve as a product and application resource by responding to customer inquiries regarding functionality, clinical value, and competitive differentiation of MedVision's portfolio. Manage and maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce, including Contact, Account, Lead, and Opportunity administration, ensuring data integrity and forecasting accuracy. Partner closely with Territory Managers to provide regular updates on territory performance, sales activities, and key account developments. Take ownership of daily account support activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, issue resolution, and exceptional service. Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and support strategies to expand MedVision's presence across key healthcare customers.
