  • ABOUT THE ROLE
  • We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to manage inbound and outbound communications, follow up with leads, set appointments, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from first contact to showroom visit.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with phone calls, motivated by goals, and capable of creating strong customer relationships while working in a high-volume dealership environment.
  • Automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred. DealerCenter experience is highly preferred.
  • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, text messages, emails, and internet inquiries Respond quickly and professionally to customer leads from multiple sources Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments Conduct follow-up calls, missed appointment recovery, and lead nurturing campaigns Maintain accurate customer records and notes within DealerCenter CRM Follow dealership processes for lead management and appointment setting Work closely with sales managers and sales staff to maximize appointment show rates Monitor daily lead activity and ensure no opportunities are missed Perform daily outbound prospecting and re-engagement campaigns Maintain strong customer service standards while managing high call volumes Meet appointment, contact, and conversion KPIs•
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive BDC, sales, call center, customer service, or appointment setting preferred Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking Experience using CRM systems; DealerCenter experience strongly preferred Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software quickly Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Must be reliable, punctual, and professional High school diploma or GED required Valid Florida driver's license preferred•
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred Experience with internet leads and digital sales processes Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred Experience working with KPI-driven environments Experience with texting platforms, CRM workflows, and appointment tracking
