THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a driven, confident Inside Sales professional who thrives on hitting targets, building relationships, and closing deals—while also supporting key office operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone, generating sales, and directly impacting their income through performance.   • WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects to promote our products and programs
  • Drive new business through warm calling, follow-ups, and consistent outreach
  • Convert opportunities into sales and rental agreements
  • Manage incoming calls and turn inquiries into revenue opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Accurately enter and manage leads, accounts, and sales activity in CRM
  • Prepare and process sales and rental contracts
  • Support office operations including document management and organization
  • Assist with light inventory and shipping coordination (as needed)
  • WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Proven phone sales experience (3+ years preferred)
  • you are comfortable closing over the phone
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Confident, professional, and positive attitude
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM/Salesforce experience a plus)
  • Customer service experience (1-2 years minimum)
  • Experience in automotive, paint, or refinish industries is a bonus (not required)
  • COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL
Base Salary:
Starting at $40,000 annually + commission based on performance
