We are looking for a motivated and responsible team member who enjoys communicating with people and is eager to grow with our company. This position primarily focuses on developing new customers while also supporting daily and supporting daily customer service. Responsibilities Develop new customers Support daily customer service and operational tasks as needed Assist with morning shipping and order preparation processes Maintain professional communication with customers and team members Potential opportunity to assist with customer bubble tea training in the future Qualifications Good communication skills Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn Basic computer and office skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel for customer visits Able and willing to lift heavy products when necessary Interest in learning beverage products and bubble tea preparation Spanish speaking is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $2,500/month Additional bonus for new customer development Mid-year and year-end bonus opportunities based on company performance Schedule 5 working days per week (09:00am -05:00 pm) Company Perks Free bubble tea drinks Team gatherings and company meals Christmas / Lunar New Year Activities Supportive work environment with learning and growth opportunities Who We're Looking For If you enjoy interacting with people, are excited to learn new things, and want to gain experience in sales development and customer service, we'd love to have you join our growing team!
