Duties Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees to build a strong, customer-focused team Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team performance Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities Handle payroll, bookkeeping, and store budgeting tasks to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency Maintain inventory levels through purchasing, stock management, and inventory audits to prevent shrinkage Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions and sales reporting while ensuring smooth cashier operations Implement effective marketing strategies within the store to attract new customers and retain existing ones Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and store procedures at all times Qualifications Proven management or assistant manager experience in retail or wireless sales environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a high-performing team Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required) Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, and inventory control processes Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail bookkeeping software Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting Organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple responsibilities Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, training staff, and managing payroll is highly desirable A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Join us as we empower our community through innovative wireless solutions!
