Our company provides consulting, marketing, and business development services in the lighting sector, with a focus on real estate professionals, developers, property managers, condo associations, architects, designers, and business clients. This position is not an immediate opening. We are currently building a pool of qualified candidates, with an expected start date in approximately 4 to 5 months, depending on the company's operational launch timeline. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new B2B clients in the local market Identify and contact real estate developers, property managers, condo associations, architects, designers, and business clients Present the company's services, solutions, and business approach Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and potential clients Schedule and attend sales meetings Follow up with prospects after initial contact and meetings Report market feedback and business opportunities to management Contribute to the commercial launch and growth of the company in the U.S. market Candidate Profile We are looking for a motivated, professional, and self-driven sales representative with strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with business clients. Previous experience in B2B sales, field sales, real estate, construction, design, business services, lighting, interior design, or related industries would be a strong plus. What We Are Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with field sales and prospecting Professional presentation Self-motivated and organized Persistent and goal-oriented Ability to understand the needs of business clients Interest in helping launch and grow a new business activity Ability to work independently and report clearly to management Compensation The position will include a base salary plus performance-based commission. Final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience, profile, and potential. Important Information This is a future position being posted as part of our recruitment planning process.
