Job Description

Business Development Associate Ridge Street Capital Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $85,000 - $115,000 a year 1 hour ago Qualifications Financial sales Business development Bachelor's degree Prospecting Marketing Full Job Description Miami, FL | In-Office | Full-Time Starting base salary $60K + Commission ($110k O.T.E.) Ridge Street Capital is a lending platform specialized in financing for real estate investors. We fund DSCR/rental loans, 1-4 unit fix & flip projects, and rehab-to-rent projects across 35 states. As demand for our lending products continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and driven Account Executive to join our Miami-based team and help manage an expanding volume of inbound opportunities. This role is full-time fully in-office in Miami, FL. (Monday-Friday) What you will be doing: You will be connecting with real estate investors, further qualifying leads, and walking borrowers through the right funding structure for their deal — mainly fix-and-flip and DSCR loan products. You'll learn how to structure and price loans, qualify leads, and everything about our products and lending requirements. You will create term sheets and offer different scenarios to our potential borrowers. Most importantly you will convert these qualified leads into clients. You will also be responsible for sourcing approximately 15% of your own pipeline through outbound sales development and company-guided marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will work closely with our underwriting and processing team to keep deals moving and maintain awareness of the status of each deal.
How we train:
Your first few weeks will be focused on building a strong foundation — learning about the markets we operate in, understanding our products, and getting familiar with how we sell. You'll listen in on real conversations, and gradually step into live calls with direct feedback from the team. By the end of your first two months, you'll be confidently managing your own pipeline while receiving consistent coaching and feedback along the way. Who we're looking for: B2B Sales experience is preferred and a background in real estate lending or mortgages is a plus (but not required). You should be comfortable staying organized in a CRM, and spending a large part of your day on the phone building rapport, handling objections, following up, and pushing deals forward. Strong communication skills and confidence speaking directly with people are critical for success in this role. Individual marketing, networking, and sales outreach experience is also a plus. Responsibilities Manage and nurture inbound investor leads Conduct discovery calls to understand borrower goals and financing needs Recommend and structure appropriate loan solutions, including bridge, fix-and-flip, DSCR/rental, and construction financing Create and present term sheets and financing scenarios to prospective borrowers Maintain consistent follow-up communication to move opportunities through the pipeline Build strong client relationships and deliver a high level of customer service throughout the financing process Collaborate closely with underwriting and processing teams to ensure loans progress efficiently Identify potential underwriting or deal-related issues early and proactively help find solutions Maintain accurate pipeline and follow-up activity within the CRM Generate approximately 15% of pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and company-supported marketing initiatives Meet or exceed deal volume and revenue goals Qualifications Prior sales experience required B2B sales experience preferred Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, or finance is a strong plus, but not required Bachelor's degree preferred Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on phone and email communication Ability to manage multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously Experience using CRM systems and maintaining organized follow-up processes Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Networking, LinkedIn outreach, or personal marketing experience is a plus How To Apply To apply, please send an email to:
