We are seeking an experienced Business Development Assistant to expand our study portfolio and establish new sponsor, CRO, biotech, and pharmaceutical partnerships. We are looking for an experienced clinical research business development professional with established industry relationships and a proven ability to bring new study opportunities to research sites. This position is ideal for someone who already understands the clinical research landscape, has an active network of industry contacts, and can independently identify and pursue growth opportunities. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new clinical trial opportunities with sponsors, CROs, biotech, and pharmaceutical companies Develop and maintain relationships with key industry decision-makers Generate qualified business development leads and help convert opportunities into awarded studies Support feasibility, site qualification, and sponsor engagement activities Track business development activities and pipeline opportunities Collaborate with site leadership to support strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Minimum 3 years of business development experience within the clinical research industry Existing network of sponsor, CRO, biotech, and pharmaceutical industry contacts Demonstrated success securing clinical trial opportunities Strong understanding of site selection and clinical trial operations Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience working for a research site, CRO, sponsor, or biotech company Experience attending and leveraging industry conferences for business development Experience in CNS, neurology, psychiatry, or general medicine research Compensation Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, industry relationships, and demonstrated business development success.
