Duties Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, creating a welcoming shopping experience Assist customers in selecting the best mobile plans and devices to meet their needs Conduct engaging product demos to showcase device features and plan benefits Upsell additional services, accessories, and protection plans to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with the latest products Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Educate customers on store promotions, new products, and store policies to enhance their shopping experience Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in electronics or grocery store environments Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required to serve a diverse customer base effectively Experience conducting product demos and upselling techniques to increase sales performance Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as discounts, totals, and change management Customer service background demonstrating patience, professionalism, and active listening skills Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while growing your career in retail sales!
