Motion Sales Group runs high-performance, face-to-face sales programs for a leading national home security brand inside major retail locations across Miami. We're not looking to teach someone what sales is. We're looking for someone who already knows — and wants an environment where that actually gets rewarded. The Numbers Here's what the role looks like in practice: $1,000

• 2,500/week in expected commissions based on consistent daily performance Most reps hit their target with 2 closed sales per day No ceiling — your output sets your income Growth into coaching, field leadership, and training roles is available and merit-based The Role You'll work inside high-traffic retail locations, engaging customers face-to-face and closing sales on home security products.

It's a results-only environment: no hourly base, no participation trophies. You manage your pipeline, own your numbers, and get paid for what you produce. Generate and close sales through direct customer engagement on the retail floor Represent a nationally recognized home security brand with professionalism Track and own your personal sales metrics daily Operate independently while coordinating with a high-performing team What We're Looking For We're straightforward about who excels here: Proven background in face-to-face, commission-based, or direct sales High activity tolerance — you're comfortable with volume and don't need a warm lead list Self-managed and accountable — you don't need hand-holding to hit a number Reliable transportation and availability during peak retail hours, including weekends Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong advantage in the Miami market The Environment Motion Sales Group is competitive by design.
