Mon - Fri 9:30AM-6:00PM Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, generating sales opportunities, processing orders, and delivering an outstanding customer experience across phone, email, chat, and online channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, photography, videography, and content creation, with a strong ability to build customer relationships and confidently recommend products that meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Engagement Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and website leads. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate photography, videography, lighting, audio, and content creation equipment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including professionals, businesses, and enthusiasts. Upsell and cross-sell complementary products, accessories, warranties, and service plans. Follow up on quotes, abandoned carts, and sales opportunities to maximize revenue. Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics. Customer Service Provide exceptional support before, during, and after the sale. Assist customers with order status, shipping inquiries, returns, exchanges, and product troubleshooting. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up activities in CRM systems. Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products from leading brands such as Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, DJI, RED, Hasselblad, and others. Educate customers on product features, specifications, and compatibility. Stay informed about new product launches, promotions, and inventory availability. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of inside sales, retail sales, customer service, or related experience. Experience in consumer electronics, photography, videography, or technology sales is highly preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and online communication tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of photography, videography, cameras, lenses, drones, lighting, audio equipment, or content creation tools. Experience working in e-commerce or online retail environments. Familiarity with brands such as Sony, Canon, Nikon, Fujifilm, RED, DJI, and Hasselblad.
