We are a full-service digital growth agency headquartered in Miami, building measurable revenue for ambitious brands across
SEO, AEO
(AI search optimization), Paid Media, Paid Social, Web Development, CRO, and Design. We are now expanding into different territories of the Miami market with two priority service lines: Local Marketing for established Miami businesses and AI Solutions. We are hiring a sales professional to own this territory from the ground up. The Opportunity This is a true ground-floor opportunity. You will be the face of our agency across Miami — building relationships with founders, marketing leaders, and operators at growing companies who need a partner that delivers revenue, not vanity metrics. You will sell two compelling, in-demand offerings: ■ Local Marketing — SEO, paid media, and AI search visibility (AEO) for Miami businesses competing for local market share. ■ AI Solutions — Custom AI implementations, automation, and AI-powered workflows for operations-heavy organizations. You will be supported by a complete sales infrastructure: branded audit deliverables, ROI-driven proposals, a proven discovery framework, case studies, and a CRM workflow that has closed engagements from $5,000 to $12,000+ per month in recurring revenue. What You'll Do ■ Prospect, qualify, and develop a pipeline of LA-based businesses through field outreach, networking events, in-person meetings, referrals, and strategic account targeting. ■ Conduct in-person discovery meetings with decision-makers — founders, CMOs, marketing directors, and ops leaders. ■ Present branded audit findings, custom proposals, and ROI projections in a way that ties directly to client revenue goals. ■ Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through contract signature and successful handoff to the delivery team. ■ Attend local tradeshows, networking events, chamber functions, and industry meetups across the Miami metro to build market presence. ■ Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting in Zoho CRM. ■ Partner with the delivery team (SEO, AEO, paid media, web dev, AI) to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention. ■ Represent the brand with professionalism, urgency, and consultative selling — we lead with revenue, never traffic. What We're Looking For ■ 3+ years of outside, field-based, or territory sales experience with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota. ■ Proven ability to build a territory from scratch — generating your own pipeline through prospecting, in-person outreach, and relationship building. ■ Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical services into clear business outcomes. ■ Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and business owners. ■ Excellent communication, presentation, and active-listening skills. ■ Self-directed and accountable — this is a role for someone who thrives without being micromanaged. ■ Based in the Miami area with reliable transportation and the ability to be in the field 4+ days per week. ■ Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho experience a plus) and standard sales productivity software. Preferred Background We are especially interested in candidates with experience selling in highly competitive, in-person, relationship-driven environments — the kind of background that builds discipline, polish, and the ability to win on substance. ■ Pharmaceutical, medical device, or B2B field sales background — we specifically value the discipline, territory management skills, and presentation polish that come from these environments. ■ Background selling intangible services or consultative solutions (digital marketing, SaaS, professional services, financial services). ■ Existing network of Miami business owners, marketing decision-makers, or executive contacts. ■ Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or AI/automation concepts — enough to speak credibly about the category. Full product training is provided. ■ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

$48,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
