Job Description

WE'RE HIRING - SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Join the team at Electric Scooter Doctors! We are looking for an energetic and responsible person to help with customer service and sales in our busy electric scooter and e-bike shop.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and customer messages Provide repair estimates and product information Assist customers in-store Sell accessories and parts such as chargers, tires, brakes, tubes, and more Help organize and dispatch front store merchandise
Requirements:
Fluent English & Spanish (required) Good communication and customer service skills Sales experience preferred Experience in auto parts stores, Home Depot, retail sales, or similar environments is a plus Basic knowledge of scooters, bikes, or mechanical parts is helpful but not required
Pay:
$10/hour base pay + commissions Earnings can range from approximately $80/day up to $500+ depending on performance and sales ability
Schedule:
30-50 hours per week Flexible depending on availability If you are motivated, good with people, and want to grow with a fast-moving business, we would love to hear from you!
