We are growing fast and looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help expand our presence across South Florida. Position Summary This is an on-site role based in Downtown Miami that combines outbound sales prospecting with field relationship-building and community outreach. The ideal candidate is someone who is equally comfortable making cold calls, prospecting decision-makers, attending networking events, visiting properties, and building strategic relationships that generate new business opportunities. If you are outgoing, persistent, organized, and love connecting with people, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and innovative company. Responsibilities Conduct outbound cold calls to multifamily properties, condominiums, HOAs, and property management companies Generate and qualify new business opportunities Schedule meetings and property walkthroughs for the sales team Attend industry events, expos, networking functions, and association meetings Conduct in-person prospecting and relationship-building visits Deliver marketing materials and execute local outreach initiatives Follow up consistently with leads and existing opportunities Reactivate inactive or stalled pipeline opportunities Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales activity tracking Identify market trends, competitive insights, and partnership opportunities Collaborate closely with the Head of Sales and Account Management team Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and in-person networking Highly organized and self-motivated Positive attitude and resilience under rejection Comfortable representing the company at events and professional environments Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment CRM experience preferred Reliable transportation for local travel Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Sales, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred Compensation $60,000 annual base salary Commission structure and performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Success Metrics Meetings booked weekly Qualified opportunities generated Outbound calls completed Property visits conducted Event networking activity Pipeline growth and reactivation Strategic relationships developed Ideal Candidate Outgoing and charismatic Competitive and driven Relationship-focused Persistent and proactive Strong networking ability Comfortable both in the field and on the phone Coachable and growth-oriented Why Join Microhub?
