PETRAX CORP
is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to develop and manage our customer base in the Texas market. We are a growing company specialized in Ground Engaging Tools, wear parts, cutting edges, buckets, and solutions for construction, mining, demolition, and heavy equipment applications. With stock available in Miami and strong international support, PETRAX offers high-quality aftermarket products with competitive availability and service. The position will be based in Miami, Florida, but the main commercial focus will be Texas. The ideal candidate should have experience selling to customers in the heavy equipment, construction, mining, aggregate, demolition, or related industries, with strong knowledge of the Texas market.
Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in Texas. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, dealers, rental companies, quarries, demolition companies, and heavy equipment users. Promote PETRAX products including teeth, adapters, cutting edges, wear parts, buckets, and GET solutions. Identify customer needs and propose the best product solutions. Follow up on quotes, orders, product trials, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the Miami warehouse and internal sales team to ensure proper service and delivery. Travel to Texas as needed to visit customers and develop the market. Report sales activity, opportunities, and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in the heavy equipment, construction, mining, aggregate, demolition, or industrial parts market. Knowledge of the Texas market is highly preferred. Experience with Ground Engaging Tools, wear parts, buckets, cutting edges, or heavy machinery parts is a strong plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Ability to travel frequently to Texas. Must be based in Miami or willing to work from Miami. English required. Spanish is a plus.
