In this high-energy, performance-driven role, you will prospect property owners daily, build genuine relationships, and move qualified leads through a structured sales funnel from first contact to signed management agreement. To be considered, candidates must have at least 2 years of outbound sales experience with significant phone-based prospecting. This is not an account management, customer service, or administrative role. Candidates who have succeeded in BDR, SDR, appointment setting, real estate sales, insurance sales, staffing, solar, or other high-volume outbound sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a fast-scaling vacation rental company backed by Casago, one of the largest vacation rental networks in North America. You will work directly with our Founder and CEO, receive hands-on coaching, and have a clear path to grow into an Account Executive role as the company scales. This role is designed for experienced outbound sales professionals who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and creating opportunities through consistent outreach. Compensation:
$55,000 base salary + uncapped commission. Top performers have realistic six-figure earning potential through a transparent commission structure that rewards performance at every stage of the sales process. Every step of the funnel is rewarded, including qualified appointments, property walkthroughs, and signed management agreements. We are hiring two Business Development Representatives immediately, including one fully bilingual English/Spanish position. Both roles are full-time and based in our Miramar, Florida office. Duties & Responsibilities Prospect and contact property owners daily through Zillow, Facebook Marketplace, Airbnb, absentee owner lists, referrals, and investor networks Execute 250-500+ outbound contacts per week through phone calls, text messages, email campaigns, and social outreach Identify, qualify, and nurture property owners through the sales process from first contact to signed management agreement Schedule qualified appointments for the Founder & CEO and assist in moving opportunities through the pipeline Build relationships with property owners, investors, and real estate professionals throughout South Florida Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-up schedules with zero dropped leads Manage a high-volume pipeline while ensuring every prospect receives timely and consistent follow-up Research market opportunities and proactively generate new leads through outbound prospecting and networking Understand owner pain points and present tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of StaySouth's services Consistently execute and improve outbound sales activities to maximize appointments, walkthroughs, and signed agreements. Report weekly on outbound activity, pipeline health, appointments scheduled, walkthroughs completed, and contracts signed What Success Looks Like 250-500 outbound contacts per week 50 qualified appointments per month 10 property walkthroughs per month 5 signed management agreements per month Consistent CRM usage with zero dropped leads Skills & Qualifications Proven outbound sales experience with a track record of prospecting, generating opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline from initial contact through close Strong experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar systems to manage leads, track activity, and maintain follow-up schedules Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust and rapport with property owners, investors, and prospective clients Demonstrated ability to conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, text messaging, email campaigns, and social media prospecting Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail Experience qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, handling objections, and presenting solutions that align with client goals Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently, maintain activity goals, and consistently achieve performance targets Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with clearly defined expectations for outbound activity, appointments, and closed business Strong objection-handling skills with the ability to adapt conversations based on individual owner needs and circumstances. Ability to leverage market research, public records, networking opportunities, and other prospecting methods to identify and engage potential clients Experience building and maintaining professional relationships through consistent follow-up and long-term relationship management Required Qualifications 2+ years of outbound sales experience Experience making 50+ outbound calls per day Experience managing a sales pipeline within a CRM Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment If you're a driven sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and being rewarded for results, we'd love to hear from you.
