By providing performance-driven sales execution with our client's cutting-edge connectivity solutions, we are able to create long-term customer relationships within the local market. The Sales Representative role is an entry-level opportunity designed for those who excel in a face-to-face environment and can provide clear sales solutions, present AT&T wireless products and services, and lead by example for communication and outreach approach. You will work closely with client management and office leadership to improve sales conversion and develop knowledge of the telecommunications industry and applicable sales solutions.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Actively conduct in-person residential appointments and neighborhood presentations, closing product and sales on-site. Drive conversion by coaching script execution, demo technique, and objection handling in the field. Monitor daily appointment pipelines and collaborate with scheduling to maximize booked visits. Mentor and provide real-time feedback to team members during in-home visits and shadowing sessions. Analyze performance metrics (conversion rates, average sale per appointment, follow-up success) and report trends. Manage escalations from residential customers and coordinate solutions that protect the customer experience and close sales. Assist leadership with planning targeted residential campaigns and territory coverage. Model best practices in respectful home entry, privacy, and customer data handling.Sales Representative Qualities:
Demonstrated or strong potential for top-level residential sales performance. Strong interpersonal skills and professional residential etiquette. Reliable transportation and ability to manage multiple neighborhood routes. High standards for customer privacy, data entry accuracy, and follow-up. Flexible schedule to support evening/weekend residential appointments. Long-term interest in frontline sales management and territory strategy.Pay:
