We're seeking a Wireless Sales Specialist to serve Doral by showcasing AT&T's smartphones and data plans. The Wireless Sales Specialist's day will flow between thoughtful sales consultations and the satisfaction of matching our customers with their ideal wireless solution. As a Wireless Sales Specialist, you'll make AT&T wireless easy for our customers.
Your sales approach is simple:
meet them, listen to their routine, then show an AT&T wireless plan that saves money. The Wireless Sales Specialist will help our customers review what they currently pay, find easy ways to cut costs, and get them set up with a plan that actually fits their needs. Role Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Specialist Introduce customers to AT&T wireless services through sales conversations focused on communication, entertainment, and connectivity needs. Evaluate customer mobile habits and recommend AT&T wireless solutions that support activities such as streaming, gaming, and remote productivity. Demonstrate the value of AT&T wireless plans by highlighting flexibility, data options, device choices, and family plan opportunities. Assist customers in selecting smartphones that align with their preferences, budget considerations, and desired wireless experience. Foster customer trust through attentive service, knowledgeable guidance, and consistent support throughout the sales journey. Advance sales goals by helping customers discover AT&T wireless services that enhance their everyday mobile experience.
