About the role Looking for a motivated, friendly, and organized individual to be the heart of our office. This is a one-person-does-it-all position — you'll be the first face customers see, the voice on the phone, and the person keeping things running behind the scenes. Perfect for a student looking to earn extra income with a flexible, manageable schedule. No prior experience needed — just a great attitude and willingness to learn! What you'll do

• Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and warmly
• Handle email correspondence and follow-ups with customers and leads
• Perform cold calling and cold emailing to generate new business leads
• Greet walk-in customers, assist with inquiries, and provide a great first impression
• Process customer orders and keep records organized and up to date
• Support general office sales tasks and help the team hit its goals What we're looking for Friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to people Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once Basic computer skills (email, typing, Google or Microsoft Office) Self-motivated and reliable — you take ownership of your work No prior experience required — we will train the right person!
