Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a polished and highly motivated Luxury Client Experience & Sales Consultant to support prospective clients throughout their consultation journey for a specialized aesthetics practice. This role blends luxury client service with consultative sales and requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and confidence speaking with clients by phone. You will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals who inquire about treatments through our consultation channels, website, and other client communication platforms. Your responsibility is to guide prospective clients through the consultation process, answer questions, build trust, and help them take the next step toward treatment. This is a fast-paced role that requires organization, responsiveness, and the ability to manage a high volume of communication while maintaining a premium client experience. This position represents a highly specialized aesthetics practice. Due to the nature of the role and client privacy, additional details about the clinic and physicians will be shared during the interview process. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients via phone, text, and email Respond to incoming inquiries and consultation requests in a timely and professional manner Guide prospective clients through the consultation process and help them submit required photos and information for virtual consultations Conduct phone conversations with potential clients to answer questions and help them move forward with booking Build trust and maintain consistent follow-up with leads to support the booking process Maintain organized communication and activity records within the CRM system Support client communication initiatives and overall client experience efforts Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth and professional client experience Performance Expectations This is a performance-based role that supports the booking process and helps convert incoming inquiries into consultations and procedures. Success in this role is measured through consistent follow-up, communication quality, and the ability to guide prospective clients toward booking. The environment is fast paced and results driven, requiring strong organization, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-performance environment with direct communication, clear expectations, and accountability for measurable results, where feedback and performance discussions are addressed openly. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, aesthetics consulting, luxury retail, hospitality, concierge services, or client consulting Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with clients by phone Comfortable managing client communications through phone, text, email, and CRM systems Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to track communication within a CRM system Professional demeanor with excellent written English and strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a high-volume environment with measurable performance expectations Proficient with computers and digital communication platforms (Mac experience preferred) Compensation Starting compensation is $25 per hour during the initial training and evaluation period, with advancement to $30 per hour after successful completion of the first 90 days. This is a full-time, in-person position located in Odessa, Florida.
