Job Description:
Role Summary We are looking for someone who lives and breathes paid lead generation, conversion optimization, funnel strategy, automation, and performance marketing. This person will own the systems that generate leads, from ad click to appointment booking to long-term nurture. Ideally, we would like someone in this role who understands the mortgage industry and the restrictions that come along with the Special Housing Category when it comes to advertising. We are not advertising for a product, so we need someone who understands how to work around equal housing category and still hit the correct audience. Core Responsibilitie sPaid Media Managemen tOwn Meta advertising strategy, execution, optimization, and scaling .Launch, manage, and optimize lead generation campaigns .Monitor CPL, CAC, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance .Build retargeting and remarketing campaigns .Manage campaign budgets and allocation decisions .Support expansion into YouTube, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels Funnels & Landing Pag esBuild and optimize landing pages focused on conversio n.

Create complete lead generation funnels from ad to booked appointmen t.

Implement A/B testing strategie s.

Improve conversion rates through ongoing optimizatio n.

Coordinate forms, lead capture systems, and CRM integration s. Marketing Automation & Workfl owsBuild and maintain automated email, SMS, voicemail, and nurture campaig ns.

Create and optimize workflows inside GoHighLev el.

Develop lead routing, follow-up, and conversion syste ms.

Use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and sca le. Creative Stra tegyCollaborate with leadership and creative teams on campaign conce pts.

Develop testing frameworks for offers, messaging, and creat ive.

Identify winning creative and rapidly iterate on underperforming campai gns. Analytics & Repo rtingCreate weekly and monthly performance rep orts.

Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data.

Track attribution, conversion events, and funnel met rics.

Present findings and opportunities to leader ship. Preferred Qualific ations3+ years managing Meta advertising camp aigns.

Experience with YouTube, TikTok, and Google advert ising.

Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimiz ation.

Experience building landing pages and marketing automa tions.

Strong knowledge of attribution, tracking, pixels, and anal ytics.

Experience managing six-figure advertising bu dgets.

Ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommenda tions.

Strong creative instincts and testing mi ndset.

Mortgage industry or financial services marketing exper ience.

Hands-on experience with GoHigh Level.

Experience supporting sales teams and appointment-setting organiza tions.

Experience building complex workflows and CRM automa tions.

Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and automation plat forms.

Experience managing multiple brands, funnels, and campaigns simultane ously.
