Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team! You will be responsible for going on appointments, taking pictures/videos of properties, communicating with the underwriting team, walking sellers through the transaction process, and following up with property sellers.
Responsibilities:
Drive to and from appointments daily. Attend property appointments to meet with homeowners interested in selling. Capture photos and videos of the property for underwriting and marketing. Collect detailed property information, including condition, features, and seller motivation. Explain the real estate transaction process clearly and confidently to sellers. Coordinate with the underwriting team to evaluate offers and property value. Build rapport with sellers and answer any questions throughout the sales process. Follow up consistently with leads who are not yet ready to sell. Update CRM systems with accurate notes and property status. Negotiate offers with sellers in collaboration with the acquisitions/underwriting team. Communicate timelines and next steps to ensure sellers are informed and comfortable.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales is desired not required ​​​​​​Ability to build rapport with clients Self-motivated Strong Communication Skills ​Familiarity with CRM platforms Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation

$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
