We deliver complete, turnkey solutions across three core pillars: commercial printing and high-volume mailing, traditional and hybrid signage, and cutting-edge digital display technologies. We partner with world-class entertainment brands, local enterprises, and municipal services to elevate their marketing and transform their physical spaces. As we rapidly expand our visual footprint, we are seeking a driven, high-energy Outside Sales Representative who thrives in the field, builds deep regional relationships, and loves hunting for new opportunities. Our Sales Philosophy Our sales team operates on four unbreakable pillars: Respond immediately, Follow Up relentlessly, Ask Questions to uncover true needs, and deliver total solutions that Solve Problems for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Field-Based Territory Growth:
Spend the majority of your time in the field prospecting, cold-calling, and hunting for new commercial business across the Greater Orlando area.
Cross-Category Solution Selling:
Actively sell our entire suite of capabilities to businesses, retail centers, hospitality groups, and corporate offices:
Print & Mailing:
High-volume commercial print, marketing collateral, and targeted Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) campaigns.
Signage:
Custom building signs, ADA compliance signage, vehicle graphics, vinyl decals, post and panel signs, and banners.
Digital Signage:
Upselling clients into high-margin, next-generation digital display and hybrid visual solutions. On-Site Consultations & Site Surveys (Ask Questions): Meet clients face-to-face at their locations. Conduct property walkthroughs, take initial measurements, assess visibility, and ask strategic questions to uncover their marketing and branding challenges.
Rapid Response & Inbound Management:
Seamlessly manage inbound leads, walk-ins, and digital inquiries when in the office or on the move, ensuring a rapid, professional initial touchpoint. Relentless Pipeline Management (Follow Up): Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence on all open quotes, design mockups, and proposals. Build long-term relationships to secure repeat corporate business and annual contracts.
Problem-Solving & Project Coordination:
Partner closely with our internal design, pricing, and project management teams at the facility to build comprehensive, turnkey proposals (covering design, permitting, fabrication, and installation/delivery) that completely eliminate client headaches.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
2-5 years of successful B2B Outside/Field Sales experience. Direct experience in commercial print, signage fabrication, direct mail marketing, or business-to-business advertising is highly preferred.
Road Warrior Mindset:
Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and energized by being out in the field meeting people face-to-face daily.
The Consultative Edge:
Proactive listener who asks sharp, strategic questions on-site, handles objections smoothly, and sells premium value rather than competing on price.
Technical Aptitude:
Comfortable conducting basic site measurements and eager to learn local sign permitting codes and mailing regulations.
Requirements:
Strong CRM tracking habits to keep the in-office team updated while you are in the field. Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
