OTE:
$90- 90K Year 2 potential: $120K-$150K+ for top performers Uncapped commissions Monthly vehicle allowance Full benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision, 401k) Defined promotion path into leadership and branch management Relocation assistance available for high-potential leadership candidates Who This Role Is For 1-3 years of B2B or outside sales experience At least 1 year of high-production selling (not account maintenance) Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and face-to-face selling Competitive, self-driven, and motivated by performance Clear interest in developing into a leadership or management role What You'll Be Doing Own and grow a defined sales territory Prospect aggressively and open new accounts Build and maintain long-term client relationships Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations Manage and forecast your sales pipeline Collaborate internally and begin developing leadership habits and accountability Preferred Background Outside sales, territory sales, or commission-driven environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, resilient, and thrives in performance-based cultures Why This Opportunity Stands Out This role is built for individuals who want accelerated income, increased responsibility, and a clear path into leadership .
