Client Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. What You Will Do As A Client Acquisition Specialist:

Engage directly to clients in professional, respectful conversations about pest control services Clearly communicate value and identify genuine interest in solutions Qualify potential customers and generate new business opportunities Maintain consistent daily outreach activity Contribute to building a reliable pipeline of qualified leads Work within a team focused on performance, improvement, and accountability What We're Looking For Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations with clients in person Self-motivated with a strong interest in client acquisition and sales development Positive attitude and willingness to learn professional outreach strategies Ability to stay consistent with daily activity and performance goals Interest in growing a career in sales, client acquisition, or business development Previous experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$48,500.00 - $58,000.00 per year
