This role is ideal for professionals who value education, compliance, and building meaningful, long-term client relationships. Debt Advisors manage both inbound and outbound client communications, provide need-based education, and ensure strict adherence to all compliance and consumer protection standards. This is a non-transactional role that requires professionalism, emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and consistent follow-through. Debt Advisors are expected to actively manage client relationships—not simply respond to inbound inquiries. Success in this role requires ownership of assigned accounts, disciplined pipeline management, and proactive, compliant follow-up. What You'll Do Proactively manage a pipeline of assigned clients and prospects through consistent outbound follow-up Maintain scheduled follow-ups, reminders, and outreach cadences within the CRM Provide clear, objective education regarding debt relief services and available alternatives Handle inbound and outbound client communications professionally and in full compliance Maintain accurate, real-time CRM documentation, including follow-up schedules and next steps Guide clients through the first 90 days of their program with scheduled, documented check-ins Adhere to all TCPA, state, and federal compliance requirements Who You Are Self-directed and comfortable owning and managing a book of business Persistent without being aggressive; professional and respectful in all outreach Understands that follow-up is a core professional responsibility, not an optional task Client-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable discussing complex financial topics with empathy and clarity Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to apply professional judgment within established guidelines Motivated by making a positive, ethical impact on clients' lives Accountability & Performance Expectations Debt Advisors are accountable for: Timely outbound follow-up on all assigned leads and active clients Maintaining required contact cadences and clearly documented next steps Re-engaging unresponsive prospects and clients through compliant outreach Managing their book of business with urgency, professionalism, and consistency Meeting individual performance expectations related to activity, follow-up, and client engagement This role is not suited for individuals who prefer to wait for inbound calls or avoid follow-up responsibilities . Compensation:
The listed salary range reflects base compensation only. Eligible Debt Advisors may also qualify for performance-based quarterly incentives, providing the opportunity for total annual earnings to exceed six figures.
