  • The client is an establishedmercial mechanical contractor $6MM in revenue, backed by a parent firm of $over $80MM headquartered in Northern Virginia, providing preventive maintenance contracts, service, new HVAC equipment and plumbing installation as well as retrofit to federal agencies andmercial clients. The Pay
  • $90,000.00
  • $125,000.00 Base + HEFTY monthly Commissions + a monthly car allowance + extensive benefits. The role
  • Sells services to existing and potentialmercial customers, to obtainmercial preventive maintenance agreements, service repairs and replacement sales that arepetitive and profitable.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers to identify needs, problems then provide solutions.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques, including networking and cold calling to develop new accounts, formercial preventive maintenance agreements, service, retrofit and replacement business.
  • Provide a capital replacement budget to all existing clients.
  • Convert leads into opportunities, track leads through a Sales Process.
  • Provide detailed proposals to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Keep up to date on current trade equipment and technology offerings!
  • Meet sales revenue and sales margin goals.
  • Team attitude, ambition, drive andmitment to advance the best practices in the industry.
Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years sales experience inmercial HVAC (Commercial HVAC knowledge preferred) Computer skills; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to fill out spreadsheets to create estimates.
  • Ability to write detailed proposals.
  • Strong written and verbalmunication skills
  • Proven track record of building and expanding customer base.
  • Business development and marketing skills
  • Valid driver license with acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass drug test and background screening
