Position:
Senior Sales Representative Bathroom Remodeling Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team and take our sales to the next level!
Qualifications:
Residential home improvement sales experience, closing two million or more annually Experience building rapport through open-ended questions One-Call Closer with an allergy to "maybe" Goal-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented
What We're Looking For:
A top closer ready to sell Sales experience (home improvement preferred but not required) High energy, discipline, and a win-first mentality Willing to work evenings and weekends—where the money is
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales appointments for Bathroom Remodeling Services Close high-value sales effectively, maintaining a 40% net closing rate Leveraging company software and sales process to increase interest during visit Accurately report results immediately after each appointment
