What You'll Do:
Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right vehicle Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle makes, models, features, and benefits Generate your own business through prospecting, referrals, and social media outreach Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business Explain and offer extended warranties and protection options Stay organized and maintain consistent follow-up with leads and customers Utilize CRM systems, phone, and digital tools effectively
