Our solutions include AI-powered call center services, virtual receptionists, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, business automation, and custom AI agents tailored to industry-specific needs. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in our West Palm Beach office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping businesses discover how AI can transform their operations. What You'll Do Lead Management & Qualification Respond promptly to inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, referrals, and partner channels. Qualify prospects through phone calls, emails, outreach, and text messaging. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for Cenari AI solutions. Maintain accurate prospect information in the CRM. Appointment Setting Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives and leadership. Follow up consistently with prospects who have expressed interest. Ensure prospects are prepared and informed before scheduled meetings. Manage appointment calendars and coordinate meeting logistics. Outbound Prospecting Research and identify potential clients across various industries. Build targeted prospect lists using , online databases, and other lead generation tools. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach campaigns. Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting. CRM & Pipeline Management Track all activities, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM. Maintain data accuracy and pipeline hygiene. Provide regular updates on lead activity and appointment metrics. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion. Qualifications Required 2+ years of sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or business development experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospects. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment. Professional and positive attitude. Preferred Experience in SaaS, technology, AI, software, or digital services sales. Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRM systems. Experience with Sales Navigator and lead generation tools. Understanding of business automation and AI technologies.
