What You'll Own Build and actively manage a pipeline of qualified community opportunities Lead conversations with prospects and board members Own the full client journey: inquiry → qualification → proposal → onboarding Improve engagement, qualification, and conversion processes Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline visibility What Success Looks Like Close well-qualified communities Maintain an active and converting pipeline Deliver strong onboarding experiences Contribute to long-term client retention What We're Looking For Strong negotiator and confident communicator Strong relationship builder Driven and accountable mindsetResilient and self-motivated Organized yet adaptable Experience in business development or client-facing roles
Compensation Base Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 Commission per signed communityOn-Target Earnings:
