Sales Team Leader

Job Overview We're looking for a confident, reliable, and hands-on Team Lead to manage multiple kiosk locations at our resorts. This role is a great fit for someone who's outgoing, quick on their feet, and knows how to lead a team with confidence. You'll be training staff, driving sales, and making sure every customer has a great experience. Weekend availability is required. No hair braiding or henna experience needed — we'll train you. You'll be the face of the business, leading by example, supporting your team, and making sure every customer interaction is positive and professional. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Training Hire, train, schedule, and support kiosk staff Run daily practice sessions to keep service consistent Coach your team on selling, upselling, and closing Give clear feedback and step in when needed Lead by example — show up on time and ready to work Keep the team focused, accountable, and performing well Sales & Customer Engagement Provide engaging, in-person customer service and sales Promote and recommend tattoo and hair braiding services Handle questions and concerns with professionalism Turn foot traffic into paying customers Operations & Quality Control Maintain kiosk appearance and cleanliness Manage schedules, breaks, and daily workflow Ensure service and safety standards are followed Track daily sales and report to management What We're Looking For Skills & Traits Strong face-to-face sales skills Confident and assertive, but respectful Comfortable giving direct feedback Quick thinker who can handle situations on the spot Hands-on leader who leads by example Qualifications Proven experience in in-person sales Strong communication skills Must be available for weekends and evenings Why Join Us?
