Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and ignite your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment! In this role, you will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional vehicle purchasing experiences, building lasting relationships with clients, and contributing to the dealership's success. Your energetic approach and passion for automobiles will help you connect with a diverse clientele, showcase high-end vehicles, and turn prospects into loyal customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working with a wide range of automotive products. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits confidently during in-person visits or virtual presentations to facilitate high-end sales Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, managing objections, and closing sales with professionalism and transparency Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory using CRM software to ensure seamless follow-up and pipeline management Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to maximize revenue opportunities Support inventory management by tracking vehicle availability, coordinating with the sales support team, and assisting in inventory control processes Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business and referrals Requirements Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, preferably within a dealership environment with familiarity in inventory management and CRM systems Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly valued Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or outbound sales campaigns Exceptional organizational skills to manage a robust sales pipeline and prioritize customer interactions effectively Knowledge of automotive products, inventory control procedures, and retail math to accurately calculate deals and margins Ability to excel in high-pressure situations while maintaining professional phone etiquette and outstanding customer service standards Experience with marketing strategies, public speaking engagements, or sales management is considered a plus Embark on an exciting journey where your enthusiasm for automobiles meets your talent for selling!
