  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in outside sales and B2B sales in the homecare / health care industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by leveraging skills in sales management, marketing, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Duties Develop and execute strategic business development plans to identify and pursue new client prospects and markets. Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities. Conduct cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to establish new business relationships. Present service demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing value propositions. Managing customer interactions and analyzing sales data. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory expansion. Maintain detailed knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies relevant to our offerings. Manage territory effectively through strategic planning and analysis skills to maximize sales potential. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term partnerships. Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and clients via inside or outside sales channels to ensure ongoing engagement. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales in Homecare or Healthcare industry with a strong understanding of account management principles. Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. Familiarity with managing customer data and sales pipelines. Experience in sales and a background in healthcare management or business development is highly valued. Analytical skills for market analysis, performance tracking, and strategic planning. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to developing new business opportunities within assigned territories. This role is ideal for professionals eager to leverage their sales expertise in a collaborative environment that values innovation and growth.
