We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and can deliver extraordinary, high quality customer service to our clientele. Subaru of Pembroke Pines , a dealership in the C raig Zinn Automotive group , is looking for a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join their team. The BDC Agent is primarily responsible for answering all incoming sales phone calls, generating sales appointments, following-up on customer leads, and other related duties.

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous sales or call center experience required Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high transactional sales environment Ability to proficiently communicate and build rapport over the phone Great information gathering and monitoring skills, and attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed Basic knowledge or ability to use internet software and inventory software Professional appearance and good work ethics Must pass criminal background check and drug test Must be authorized to work in the United States EOE M/F Proud to be a
