Overview Join our dynamic automotive sales team as an Automotive Salesperson and drive success through exceptional customer engagement and expert vehicle knowledge! Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach, to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline. Conduct personalized vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits tailored to each customer's needs. Negotiate deals confidently, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Manage inventory control and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation. Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up effectively, and maintain organized sales records. Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, financing options, or accessories to enhance the customer's purchase experience. Develop strong relationships through excellent customer service, active listening, and clear communication skills, fostering loyalty and repeat business. Skills Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicles. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and public speaking abilities. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases. Demonstrated success in B2B (business-to-business) sales, outbound sales, and building a robust sales pipeline. Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math for accurate calculations and record keeping. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of marketing strategies and dealership operations to support effective outreach and customer engagement efforts.
