Job Description

Overview As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping seniors navigate the complex world of burial insurance from their living room couch. Your primary responsibility will be to assess clients' needs and provide tailored insurance solutions that best fit their requirements. This position requires a strong focus on sales and customer service, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. We provide a ten step proven system and have in person training. Our training is top notch and we are available practically 24/7 to help our brokers become successful. Our opportunity to on the road. ANYWHERE
but we primarily focus on specific zip codes daily. Driving is minimum. We do also have an opportunity for those who wish to build their own agency and step into that leadership position. We do provide medicare contracts as well as final expense so you can
DO IT ALL.
This is a SIX figure opportunity. We are looking for individuals who are hungry, disciplined, and do not sleep in. Clear communication will break or make you. Duties Availability to be on daily conference calls for additional training. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. Analyze clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. Collaborate with insurance carriers to negotiate terms and conditions for clients. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Skills Proven experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales or retail sales environments. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients. Ability to analyze complex information and present it in an understandable manner. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards client needs. Proficiency in outside sales techniques, including prospecting and closing deals. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
