Charge:
Collaborate with a dynamic team that celebrates bold ideas and decisive actions. What You'll Be Doing Daily /
Weekly:
Conduct outbound communications to both cold and warm leads. Follow up on leads and qualify potential clients. Schedule visits to introduce prospects to our unique process. Manage and update the CRM, including scheduling and rescheduling client visits. Monthly /
Quarterly:
Attend live marketing events such as dinners and workshops. Engage prospects in person, explain our process, and schedule follow-up visits. Follow up with event attendees to secure appointments. Report on lead follow-up effectiveness and conversion rates. Call suspect and opportunity lists for events. Reach out for all quarterly client events. We're Looking for
Someone Who:
Exudes confidence and enjoys engaging with diverse individuals. Is driven by results and isn't afraid to take initiative. Thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills. Has experience in phone sales or a strong desire to learn and excel. Is enthusiastic about representing the company at live events and engaging with potential clients face-to-face.
What You'll Get:
Competitive Compensation:
Base pay of $19.23/hour, plus commission — with on-target earnings of $40,000-$75,000 per year (roughly $19.23-$36.06/hour equivalent).
