Auto Express Credit just moved into a brand-new, modern facility — a high-volume independent dealership with the look and feel of a franchise. Real inventory, consistent lead flow, in-house financing that lets us work deals other dealers can't touch. If you're experienced, hungry, and know how to build relationships, you'll thrive here. The Pay Plan — Retroactive Commission Most dealers pay tier-forward: the higher rate only kicks in on cars above the threshold. We pay retroactive — when you hit the next tier, every car that month earns the new rate. 1-10 cars: $350/car 11-15 cars: $400/car 16-20 cars: $450/car 21+ cars: $500/car

Structured onboarding to get you ramped on our process and CRM in week one What We're Looking For Prior dealership experience — required, no exceptions Self-starter who markets themselves, not just the inventory Strong closer with a professional appearance Bilingual (English/Spanish) — strong plus Valid U.S. Driver's License Full-time availability including weekends Schedule 6-day workweek with one rotating day off. Friday and Saturday are mandatory bell-to-bell — your highest-earning days. Sunday through Thursday includes a mix of morning and evening shifts.
