You will be on the front lines, reaching out directly to homeowners who are facing foreclosure. Your primary responsibility is to make high-volume phone calls and send targeted text messages to warm and cold leads, educate them on their options, and schedule them for legal consultations to generate active cases.

Key Responsibilities High-Volume Outreach:

Make 100+ outbound phone calls and manage SMS/text messaging campaigns daily to potential clients using our CRM and auto-dialer systems.

Lead Conversion:

Qualify leads, handle objections, and explain the value of foreclosure defense, mortgage modifications, and short sales.

Pipeline Management:

Confidently follow up with homeowners who have requested info, ensuring no lead goes cold.

Consultation Scheduling:

Securely hand off qualified, motivated homeowners to our legal team to finalize retaining our services. Requirements & Qualifications Foreclosure Knowledge (Required): You must understand the basic foreclosure timeline, loan modifications, defaults, and what homeowners face in Florida court actions.

Elite Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are non-negotiable. You must be persuasive, clear, and empathetic over the phone and via text.

Sales Grit:

Experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, debt collection, or high-volume intake is highly preferred. You aren't afraid of hearing "no." Bilingual (English/Spanish): A massive plus in the South Florida market, though not strictly required.
