This role is ideal for someone with a passion for vehicles and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will help guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while building lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly valued as we serve a diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and identify their needs to deliver personalized recommendations. Present and demonstrate vehicles, clearly communicating features, benefits, and value. Conduct test drives and provide knowledgeable answers regarding vehicle performance and specifications. Maintain current knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotional offers. Build and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat sales and referrals. Work collaboratively with team members to meet and exceed monthly sales goals. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings. Qualifications Prior sales experience required; automotive sales experience strongly preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. Valid driver's license.
