Sales Representative (Construction Industry) Applicants based in Plantation, FL (or Broward County & Surrounding Areas) only Full-Time | Hybrid (Office, Remote & Field) 360 Vertical Fix Solutions LLC dba DBK Industries is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help drive growth across South Florida. If you have experience in construction sales, business development, real estate, or account management and enjoy building relationships, generating opportunities, and closing deals, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and industry events Build relationships with property owners, developers, investors, commercial clients, and residential stakeholders Present our renovation and ground-up construction services to prospective clients Collaborate with estimating and operations teams to develop proposals and secure projects Manage a healthy sales pipeline and consistently close new business Stay informed on market trends and identify growth opportunities throughout South Florida What We're Looking For Proven sales, business development, or account management experience Construction, real estate, property management, or related industry experience preferred Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout

South Florida Compensation Salary:
