AUTOMOTIVE BDC REPRESENTATIVE
Pompano Honda | Pompano Beach, FL Pompano Honda is actively seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who understands how to create urgency, build value, set appointments, and consistently generate showroom traffic. This is a high-volume position for a motivated professional who thrives on activity and performance.
Requirements:
Automotive BDC experience required Appointment-setting experience required CDK eLeads CRM experience required Strong phone, text, and email communication skills Full-time availability required Ability to handle a high-volume lead environment Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
What You'll Do:
Handle internet, phone, chat, and third-party leads Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily Send a minimum of 100 emails daily Set and confirm showroom appointments Follow CRM tasks and dealership processes Consistently follow up with customers to maximize appointment show rates
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM-9:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM-8:00
PM Sunday:
11:00 AM-6:00
PM Compensation:
