Job Description

Designer/Sales Associate Our well-established Remodeling Company is seeking a motivated and creative Designer/Sales Associate to join our team at our showroom. The ideal candidate will proactively manage client relationships and provide expert guidance throughout the remodeling process. Role Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and sales-driven designer who excels in client communication and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting cabinets and countertops that match their style and functional needs. Create design layouts and provide expert recommendations. Prepare quotes and manage sales transactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Design and manage kitchen, closets, and bathroom remodeling projects. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Work independently and collaboratively to meet project goals. Utilize Mozaik software (preferred) for design and project documentation. Handle scheduling and customer follow-ups via email and phone.
Qualifications:
Strong sales and design background in remodeling. Excellent multitasking and organizational skills. Fluent in English (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus). Experience with Mozaik software preferred. Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred.
